I did a one week self-guided Algarve road bike tour and had a fantastic experience throughout! The booking experience and on the road support were excellent. I mainly chose this service for the daily distances and the luggage transfer options; the only downside was I didn’t choose the hotels I was staying at, so I experienced a bit of varying levels of quality there. I felt very safe on the road throughout, even as a solo woman on the bike, as the routes took me mostly through quiet side roads and serene hills. The views were breathtaking, and it felt like a very authentic experience throughout. Finally, the bike was comfortable and a good fit for both me and the terrain.
