Uncertainty will be present for some time, and we expect your understandable worries: is it safe?
First of all, we want to reassure you that the health and safety of our guests and staff will always be our top priority. In this difficult moment, we hope that you and your loved ones can remain safe and healthy.
With an eye on your comfort, we’re looking at every aspect of how we run our trips – from the sanitation of our vehicles used for transfers, to each accommodation’s cleanliness. We are already certified by the Portuguese National Tourist Authority as a “Clean & Safe” Tour Operator. Our team members also have been frequenting an online course made available by our National Health Service with training on acting in suspected cases of COVID-19.
While we keep working on guaranteeing everything is ready for you, we want to let you know how our self-guided tours work. Not necessarily a new trend, but they may be the new normal as people adjust to social distancing in light of COVID-19.
Self-Guided Tours are now more than ever the best choice to travel! Hiking or Cycling in wide open beautiful spaces, far from crowds and off the beaten path. A GPS device or Mobile app with your route will allow you to travel at your own pace and away from the crowds.
Solo, with your companion or with your small group or family. Physical and social distance will never be an issue!
